Does Moodys perform accounting services?

No - our strict adherence to tax consulting means we can not be experts in more than one discipline. Accordingly, Moodys does not provide any accounting services whatsoever, including preparation of financial statements, bookkeeping services, issuance of audit, review and/or compilation reports.

Given the above, what if the client needs accounting services?

If the client needs accounting services, Moodys will be pleased to work with the existing accounting advisor or arrange a referral to a suitable accounting firm.
