Gabriel Castillo JD, LLM (US TAX)

US Tax and Immigration Lawyer

“As legal residents, immigrants would contribute more in taxes, spend more at our businesses, start companies of their own, and create more jobs. Immigration is not a problem for us to solve but an opportunity for America to seize.” – José Andrés

When it comes to issues surrounding immigration and taxes, Gabriel speaks from the heart. As a native of Miami, Florida, Gabriel is a first generation American born to immigrant parents, and speaks both Spanish and Portuguese. He sits right at the crossroads of where tax meets immigration, and takes tremendous pride and joy in providing comprehensive guidance for growing businesses. As a member of our Toronto office, he is perfectly situated to take on cross-border issues and minimize taxes for his clients.
