Kim Moody discusses Alberta’s recent court battle and resulting loss of $120 million in corporate taxes

Kim discusses the vehicle these firms used to mizimize tax – inter-provincial avoidance schemes – and how Alberta should follow Ontario’s recent move and have the Canadian Revenue Agency take over the job of ensuring firms pay the proper amount.
